Bilingual Literacy
• Combination of reading and writing • Integration of disciplines
This module guides teachers to deeply explore common issues such as material selection methods, teaching organization forms, and reading - writing teaching reform. The covered topics include reading teaching, reading - based writing teaching, integrating literacy development with disciplinary teaching, and reading - writing assessment and teaching feedback. Reading and writing mainly target Chinese and English teaching, while the course of integrating reading with disciplinary teaching re - examines the role and integration methods of reading and writing in various disciplines. Through communication, cooperation, and experience sharing, teachers integrate reading - writing teaching into disciplinary teaching to cultivate students' efficient reading ability, accurate language expression ability, and good humanistic quality.

Subject Teaching in 21st Century

This module distinguishes by discipline, deeply studies the logic of disciplinary knowledge, and improves disciplinary teaching targets. Teachers will discuss instructional design, teaching strategies and assessment methods of each discipline, and explore innovative teaching methods and strategies in the 21st century. In practice, they will coordinate various factors in student development such as knowledge transfer, ability cultivation, habit formation and personality shaping. This makes teaching not limited to narrow discipline - centeredness but serve students' literacy and quality to cultivate innovative talents needed by society.

Curriuclum-based PBL
This module under the background of the new curriculum standards and new college entrance examination reform will introduce the curriculum design of research - based learning, the creation of problem - discovery situations, teaching organization and implementation strategies, discipline - integrated teaching, and evaluation - feedback methods, etc., cultivating teachers' abilities to design, organize, and implement this type of teaching.

School Leadership
This module for school educational administrators will foster leaders' educational concepts, covering management, teaching, and teacher leadership, with an emphasis on integrating teaching management, organizational development, and education reform. The courses will include school management, teaching efficiency, teacher professional development, educational psychology, and school environment creation. During the training, principals and teachers can improve thinking habits, develop relationships, reflect on practice, enhance communication skills, and cultivate professionalism. Additionally, this module will build a communication platform to promote cooperation and support among principals across regions, and create a domestic resource library to strengthen overall educational design and coordinated progress.

Family Engagement
This module explores the impact of family education on students' development, introduces effective strategies, and promotes the construction of a home - school co - education cooperation system. By reading relevant theoretical research and cases, teachers will understand the importance and measures of home - school co - education, and make more connections with families in teaching and decision - making, cooperate with each other to jointly promote students' growth.
